7-day refund policy

Request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@paythebox.lol from your checkout email address. Include your Stripe receipt or checkout session reference. Never send your full card number or security code.

Eligible requests are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. We aim to review requests within 3 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the refund. Refunds do not require keeping a particular rank or buying again.

A full refund removes the tile and its contribution from the public totals and rankings. A partial refund reduces the contribution and may change the tile size or remove the X link if the remaining amount falls below $20. An already downloaded certificate cannot be recalled; it does not represent an ongoing entitlement after refund.

If delivery fails or a problem remains unresolved after the 7-day window, contact us so we can investigate. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are unaffected by this policy. We do not issue prizes, rebates for rank changes, or transfers to another person.
